The $25 first-100 reservation is fully refundable before it converts into any later purchase, pilot, or product agreement.
It is a reservation signal and a spot in line. It is not a commitment to buy a finished product.

Use the same email address you used for the reservation and contact us through the reservation confirmation or the contact path on the site.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
If the offer changes
If reservation terms change before conversion, we will make the updated terms clear before asking you to continue.
If you do not want to continue, you can request a refund before conversion.
